Thanks Whitney. After looking around, and not finding it, I assumed that was the case. The original email (which for some reason we did not receive) could have stated that and there would not have been any question. Thanks again. Henry & Kerry
Just for clarification on policy. The Executive Session meetings are not open to the public. The purpose of the Executive Session meeting was to hear the update from legal counsel on the resolution for the road project. The information presented to the Board by legal counsel will be presented to the community at the public meeting on Tuesday evening. The use of Executive Session for legal discussions is standard parliamentary procedure according to Robert's Rules and is not an effort to "hide" anything or limit transparency. The information on the resolution shared with the board during this session will be shared with the community in Tuesday's meeting. The actual full text of the resolution will be posted to the website later today and the agenda for next Tuesday's meeting will go out by email later today with a link to the resolution document as well.
@Doug N Shiela In the future if you have a timely question the fastest way to get a response is to send an email to panoramicroads@gmail.com. We don't always get to check the forum messages right away, but can respond much quicker to messages that come directly to us.
I believe Nyle term is up in December. We will have to watch for that announcement. Seems he has been on the board three years now. Yes, I agree, anyone that would jump into the mess a month or so ago, I was worried about the same thing. We have attended meetings for a very long time, (since 2002 off and on again, usually on) and this has been by far the most contentious things have ever been. We decided that we were not going to attend anymore, but did want to hear the executive session. Did you receive an agenda for Tuesday? We have not received an email form the board in a very long time. We have three places they could be sent to, and I rechecked again before posting here, and we have nothing!! I actually save everything in a file on my computer, and nothing new there either!! I was printing everything, but with this web site, maybe I do not need to any longer!! I think you should run and many would back you. It does sound like if it gets validated, the way it was written on FB was, (to Ebony Small) "Once the project is validated, nobody can stop the work from happening. The attorneys are involved to assist with the validation." That was shared by Jim from Nyle. Sounds almost threatening to us. Maybe Glenn Brown, getting others involved may help. We really wanted to hear it all!!
@Z, Henry & Kerry I can forward you the email I got. I believe the board should be completely transparent, and that they should represent all views-this board has been one sided for years now. I saw that Facebook post, very bullying as per usual.
I honestly don’t know I think executive sessions are private but I also think there is supposed to be transparency. I really wanted to be on the board so I could be privy to this but A) they would NEVER allow it and B) I was scared of being sued
Sheila, Read Glenn Brown's post below. We did not get an email. Sounds like you did. Is it the exact same information seen on here under documents and October's Meeting? I do not have all of the rules and regs so not sure, but we did believe we were able to attend.
Tonight's executive session was to be zoom for all Doug and Sheila. Where is the link? How will the County Counsel and Commissioners and reps attend, unless they contacted the road board for the link! We are not finding it anywhere!! Henry & Kerry

I thought the executive session was private and the meeting was on the 5th. I guess I’m confused. Maybe the board wants it that way I don’t know
